How do you upgrade your health bar on dead rising

On the wii version: When doing the side mission be really quick and do really well, if you do Otis will give you white juice which you drink ( health will increase ) or he will give you protein which you use by making a fruit drink out of fruit then combining the juice and protein in a mixture this will create white juice. DRINK IT ;)
