Yes! There already is a Cake Mania 4 it is called Cake Mania Mainstreet.

It is about Jill's hometown! After her wedding adventure she comes back to her hometown and finds it is being taken over by the mall, so they open a bakery, hot dog/burger barn, flower shop and sushi bar to help get money for the town!
