Do LEGO stores have all the LEGO sets

Depends on what ALL means, they always have the hottest, most recent sets of the time
but they slowly faze out older sets. Actually, I went there recently and found Lego atlantis sets there that weren't in the last catalog or online, but then showed up in the most recent catalog, so they are actually ahead of the online store and the catalogs.
