What level should i start cutting yews at i am 61 wc also what should i do to get to that level i am member and can easily get sacred clay if that helps

You should cut yews at level 92 if you want it to be fast. Cut Willows or Maples until level about 80 if you're a member with a Dragon Hatchet.
