How do you beat Egg walker with Tails in Sonic adventure

When Eggman kicked you have to spin against his legs with Tails ^^ after a while he will kick 3 or 4 times. Then one of his legs will keep blinking (tiny sparks) you have to spin attack the last leg he kicked with ^^
