How do you get watersprout in okami

Once you have the sparrow princess you can go to Sasa Sanctuary. When you get inside the inn, run to a big curtain with a sparrow insignia on it. Make sure it's not the front door( curtain with sparrow head, whatever ) you just came out of. Alright, just get in the bathhouse and then you can figure out your mission, and eventually, you'll learn Watersprout. GOT IT?!?!
