no,that's if you wanna be a membership when you play and when your jobs have 4 you half to become a member either you pay station cash or real money

Ok, well there is this thing where you can get it free, but it's pretty much hopeless if you aren't a memeber. So basically yes....it is free. But remember it is five dollars to become a member.
