How do you find dragon forest on diddy kong racing n64

1) You need 16 balloons by playing and beating other worlds
2) Once you have 16 balloons, go to the main world (where Taj, the elephant, is)
3) Find the waterfall to the farthest left
4) Fly or take a hovercraft into the waterfall
5) You will go in a cave. Continue up the cave
6) You'll see a door with the number 16 on it
7) Go in the door
8) Have fun with the torturous races! (Especially Greenwood Village)
