How do you beat blacklist 9 in need for speed most wanted

Well it depends on what car you have if you beat izzy and got her car then i recommend using it to race blacklist racer 9 if you didn't get the car then beat all the races then go to the shop to upgrade your car. First i would upgrade my engine but get the lowest priced one then get NOS. after that upgrade your tires, suspension, and brakes( for the turns, trust me you'll need). then race the blacklist racer 9 and if you can race then you will beat him with no problem if not then just try and hope you win. Oh word of advice try not to hit the walls, cars, and other stuff while you race.
