Aftermath
Knocks ¼ of foe's HP if a physical move causes the user Pokemon to faint.
Air Lock
Make all Pokemon, in battle, immune to weather effects.
Anger Point
Raises the user's attack to maximum if hit by a critical hit.
Anticipation
Reveals if your opponent's Pokemon has Supereffective or One Hit KO moves
Arena Trap
Prevents Pokemon from fleeing battle. This will not effect Pokemon with Flying Type or the Levitate Ability.
This ability raises the wild Pokemon encounter rate when a Pokemon with this ability is at the head of the party.
Bad Dreams
Lowers opposing Pokemon's HP each turn while it is asleep.
Battle Armor
Foes cannot score a critical hit.
Blaze
Fire type moves receive a 50% boost when the user Pokemon's HP is below 1/3.
Chlorophyll
Doubles the Pokemon's speed in Sunny weather.
Clear Body
Prevents effects of stat lower moves and abilities.
Cloud Nine
All Pokemon in battle ignore weather effects.
Color Change
The Pokemon's type changes to that of the move last used against it.
Compound Eyes
Raises move's accuracy by 30%.
Raises the chances of finding Pokemon with items in the wild.
Cute Charm
Has a 30% chance of inflicting the infatuated condition if hit by a physical attack.
Raises the chance of finding wild Pokemon of the opposite gender.
Damp
Prevents Pokemon from using the moves Self-Destruct, Explosion. It also nulls the ability Aftermath.

This ability will do one of two things:
If a Foe's Defense is lower than Special Defense, it will raise the Pokemon's Attacks.
If a Foe's Special Defense is lower than Defense, it will the Pokeon's Special Attack.
Drizzle
Turns the weather to Rain. This will last until a new weather condition is introduced.
Drought
Turns the weather to Sunny. This will last until a new weather condition is introduced.
Dry Skin
Restores user's HP when hit by a water-type move. User loses HP in the Sunny Condition and increased damage from fire-type moves
Early Bird
Pokemon wakes quickly from the Sleep condition.
Effect Spore
30% chance, when the Pokemon is hit with a physical attack, to induce Poison, Paralysis or Sleep.
Filter
Minimize the damage from super-effective moves.
Flame Body
30% chance of inflicting the Burn condition when hit by a physical attack from an opponent.
This ability will also reduce the number of steps needed to hatch a Pokemon egg.
Flash Fire
When the user is hit by a Fire-type move, their Fire-type moves are powered up by 50%.
Flower Gift
Ally's Attack and Special Defense are raised by 1.5 in Sunny weather.
Forecast
Changes Castform's form and type depending on the weather. In Sunny it becomes Fire-type, in Rain it becomes Water-type and in Hail it becomes Ice-type.

Let's you know about your opponent's strongest move.
Frisk
Reveals the opponent's item, if any.
Gluttony
The Pokemon will eat a held berry at ½ health instead of ¼.
Guts
Raises a Pokemon's attack by 50% when the user has a status condition.
Heatproof
Halves damage taken from fire-type moves and from the burn condition.
Honey Gather
As long as the user is not holding an item, there is a chance that increases with level, that the user will find a honey following a battle.
Huge Power
The user's Attack is doubled, but if the ability is nullified though the user's Attack is halved.
Hustle
Attacks used have power raised by 50% at the expense of the user's physical moves have a 20% accuracy penalty.
Raises the chances of encountering High Level Wild Pokemon.
Hydration
In the rain, the user is healed of status effects.
Hyper Cutter
User's Attack cannot be lower.
Ice Body
Gradually restores the user's HP when in the Hail weather.
Illuminate
Increases Wild Pokemon Encounters.
Immunity
Pokemon cannot be poisoned.
Inner Focus
Pokemon will not flinch.
Insomnia
Pokemon is immune to Sleep.
Iron Fist
The Power of Punching moves (like Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch etc.) is increased by 20%.
Keen Eye
Pokemon's accuracy cannot be decreased.
Klutz
Pokemon is unaffected by whatever hold item it has.
Leaf Guard
Protects the user from status conditions while in Sunny weather.
Levitate
Pokemon is immune to Ground-type attacks.
Lightning Rod
Pokemon draws all Electric-type attacks to itself, regardless of the target.
Limber
Pokemon is immune to status: Paralysis.
Liquid Ooze
When an opponent using an HP draining attack on the Pokemon, they take damage instead.
Magic Guard
With the exception of direct attacks, this Pokemon will not take damage. It is immune to: Liquid Ooze, Rough Skin, Aftermath, Hail, Sunny Day, Poison, Burn, Leech seed, Nightmare, Sand Tomb, Fire Spin, etc. This does mean the user is immune to the Life Orb's HP draining effect and recoil from moves.
Magma Armor
Pokemon is immune to the status Frozen.
Decreases the number of steps needed to hatch a Pokemon Egg.
Magnet Pull
Prevents Steel-type Pokemon from switching out.
Increases your chances of encountering Wild Steel-type Pokemon.
Marvel Scale
Raises the Pokemon's Defense by 50% when it has a status condition.
Minus
Increases the Special Defense by 50% of the Pokemon when a Pokemon with the Plus ability is also on the field.
Mold Breaker
The Pokemon's attacks are unaffected by abilities. With this a Pokemon can use Earthquake and hit something with Levitate.
Motor Drive
When the Pokemon is hit with an Electric-type attack, its speed increases one step.
Multitype
Pokemon's type changes depending on the the plate it holds.
Natural Cure
Pokemon's status is restored when it leaves the battlefield.
No Guard
All attacks always hit.
Raises the encounter rate of Wild Pokemon.
Normalize
All of the Pokemon's moves become Normal-type.
Oblivious
Pokemon is immune to Infatuation.
Own Tempo
Pokemon is immune to Confusion.
Pickup
If the user has no held item, they have a chance to pick up an item after a battle, even if they didn't participate.
Plus
Increases the Special Attack by 50% of the Pokemon when a Pokemon with the Minus ability is also on the field.
Poison Heal
Restore HP every turn the Pokemon is inflicted with the Poison status.
Poison Point
30% chance, when opponent hits with a physical attack, to inflict Poison.
Pressure
Doubles Opponent's PP usage.
Increases encounter rate of High Level Wild Pokemon.
Pure Power
Doubles Pokemon's attack while it has the ability but halves attack if nullified.
Quick Feet
Increases Speed by 50% when Pokemon has a status condition.
Lowers Wild Pokemon encounters.
Rain Dish
Gradually restores HP each turn while it is raining.
Reckless
Raises the Power of moves with Recoil (Ex. Double Edge or Hi Jump Kick).
Rivalry
Raises Attack if Both Pokemon are the same gender, but lowers it if opposing gender.
Rock Head
No recoil damage from moves (Ex. Take Down and Double-Edge).
Rough Skin
When the Pokemon is hit with a physical attack, it inflicts damage on its attacker.
Run Away
Pokemon can always escape from battle.
Sand Veil
Raises evasion when there is a sandstorm.
Lowers Wild Pokemon encounters in Sandstorms.
Scrappy
Lets Normal-type moves hit Ghost-type Pokemon.
Serene Grace
Doubles the chances of secondary effects from moves.
Shadow Tag
Prevents Opponent from fleeing the battle. If both users have this ability, the ability is useless.
Shed Skin
Each turn, there is a 1/3 chance of healing the Pokemon's status condition.
Shell Armor
Opponent cannot score a critical hit.
Shield Dust
Prevents secondary effects from moves.
Simple
Effects of stat changes are doubled on this Pokemon.
Skill Link
Always hit the maximum number of times with multi-hit attacks.
Slow Start
Halves Attack and Speed of the Pokemon for 5 turns.
Sniper
Critical hits do 3x regular damage.
Snow Cloak
Increases Pokemon's evasion during Hail.
Lowers Wild Pokemon Encounters during a Hail.
Solar Power
Raises Attack Power by 50% but takes damage each turn while Sunny.
Solid Rock
Minimizes damage received from super-effective moves.
Soundproof
Protects the user from sound-based moves (Ex. Snore, Heal Bell, Sing, Chat, Metal Sound etc.)
Speed Boost
Raises the Pokemon's Speed each turn. There is no maximum to the boosting you can get from this ability.
Stall
Pokemon's moves are always last.
Static
30% chance, when opponent hits with a physical attack, to inflict paralysis.
Steadfast
Raises Pokemon's Speed each time opponent flinches.
Stench
Lowers Wild Pokemon Encounter Rate.
Sticky Hold
Pokemon's item cannot be stolen by another Pokemon.
Better chances of catching Pokemon while fishing.
Storm Drain
Draws all Water-type attacks to the Pokemon.
Sturdy
Protects the Pokemon from One-Hit KO moves. (Ex. Horn Drill, Sheer Cold).
Suction Cup
Nullifies moves that would cause the Pokemon to switch out.
Makes it easier to catching Pokemon while fishing.
Super Luck
Raises Pokemon's Critical Hit rate.
Swarm
Raises the Power of Bug-type when Pokemon's HP is below 1/3.
Swift Swim
Doubles Pokemon's Speed while it is Raining
Synchronize
When the Pokemon is inflicted with Poison, Paralysis or Burn, it immediately inflicts its opponent with that same status.
Raises your chances of encountering Pokemon with the same nature as the Pokemon.
Tangled Feet
Increases Pokemon's evasion while it is confused.
Technician
Moves with Power less than 60 have their Power increased by 50%.
Thick Fat
Halves damage from Ice and Fire-type attacks.
Tinted Lens
Nullifies the type disadvantage of user's “not very effective” moves. ½ damage upgraded to normal while ¼ damage is increased to ½ damage.
Torrent
Strengthens Water-type moves by 50% when HP is below 1/3 HP.
Trace
Pokemon copies the ability of the opponent's Pokemon. The exceptions are Trace, Multitype and Forecast.
Unaware
Pokemon is protected from stat-changing moves.
Unburned
Doubles the speed of a Pokemon after is has consumed or lost its hold item. Its Speed returns to normal if it leaves the field. It will not double if the Pokemon didn't have a hold item to begin with.
Vital Spirit
Pokemon is immune to Sleep.
Raises encounter rate of Wild High Level Pokemon.
Volt Absorb
When the Pokemon is hit by Electric-type attacks, it regains HP.
Water Absorb
When the Pokemon is hit by Water-type attacks, it regains HP.
Water Veil
Pokemon is immune to the Burn Condition.
White Smoke
Protects the Pokemon from stat lower moves and abilities.
Decreases Wild Pokemon encounters.
Wonder Guard
Pokemon can only be hit by Super-effective moves.
