Destiny Guide: Update 2.1.0 Dead Ghost Locations

Update 2.1.0 added new dead ghost locations in Destiny. Specifically, those new dead ghost locations are and you can see below how to reach them while playing the game. All of them are on the Moon: waiting for new missions where you can pick them up, you can access them by patrolling or going for The Summoning Pits strike.

Ghost Fragment: The Ocean of Storms 2

In the Circle of Bones area, you can go for it within the Hellmouth, before you reach the summoning pits area in the Phogoth Strike, on top of the right most set of lights hanging from the ceiling when you enter.

Vision 47

You'll find this in the Hall of Wisdom area: head up the hill from the spawning point, then through the dome shaped building. Head down into the hive caves until you reach the hall of wisdom, then proceed a little more and turn left in the direction of the Shrine of Oryx. Jump on the tiny little thing pointing out of one of the pillars, then jump your way up top behind some tubes you will find the dead ghost.

Ghost Fragment: The Exo Stranger 2

You will find the ghost in the Summoning Pits, an area you can only access through the strike called The Summoning Pits. In the very end, fight against Phogoth and find the ghost on the beam way up in the middle of the room. Climb the rocks over on the left when you enter or climb the structure on the right (easier way).
