The newest game in the Battlefield series has plenty of weapons for gamers to choose from. Several of them are hidden throughout the world, and you’ll have to uncover them in order to use them. There are 16 of these hidden collectible weapons in single-player Battlefield 4, and you can see which ones you’ve found in the "stats" menu. There are also 6 weapons to find in multiplayer mode. Finding all the hidden weapon collectibles is required for the "Recon" achievement or trophy, worth 65 points or gold, respectively. Having trouble uncovering all 16? Use our guide and get some help.

Grab this weapon after you receive the explanation for the Engage gameplay mechanic. After listening, jump off the balcony and look for a collapsed balcony that is to the left. Climb up and continue on to find the M39 EMR in a locker.
After the helicopter flies in to help you out, go over to the right side of the road you are on. Look for some big concrete tubes. The MG4 is inside a tube.
This is the last weapon in the mission. When you get the C4 and exit the tunnel, go right and up the staircase here. Continue along the catwalks until you see some rafters on the left. You need to climb on these to get the weapon.
Find this first weapon after you come out of the elevator. Go around the first corner and take out the enemies. Use the door on the left to go into a hallway. Go to the end and find the weapon next to the lockers on the left.
The second weapon can be found after you return to the lobby of the building after the evacuation. Go to the lion statue in the center of the area. The weapon is here.
When you are looking for the G-46 Hatch, go into the room across from it. The weapon is on top of a crate to the right when you enter.
After the scene where the ship slits in half, go to your left to see a gap that goes into a hallway. Go into the hallway and take a left to find the weapon.
After you go back to the Valkyrie, go to the hangar with helicopters. Get the weapon from the back of on of the helicopters.
Before you find the tank, climb up to the scaffolding on the left side of the road you are on. Go as far up as you can, and grab the weapon.
Go up onto the roof of the parking garage using the stairs and climb the crates. Head to the ledge of the building next to the garage. Follow it to reach the weapon.
When you get to the hangar, go to the left and enter the room there. Find the weapon leaning against the right wall inside.
Find this weapon after you have the bridge encounter (or during the event). Go to the area underneath the bridge using the stairs and grab the weapon.
At the start of the mission, go into the two-story building near the crashed helicopter. Climb onto the roof and jump to the roof of the adjacent building. Get the weapon from the corner.
In the park, look for the ruined car. Get the weapon from in between this destroyed car and the tree.
After you cross the bridge, find the main building of the area. Climb to the top of the building and find this weapon on top of some boxes near the fencer.
On the ship, go to the side opposite of the burning debris. The weapon is here on the ground.
