The catch percentage of a Star Seed changes depending on the rarity of the Moga, though. There are seven different rarity classes for a Moga – beginner, common, uncommon, rare, super rare, epic and legendary. The higher the rarity, the stronger the Moga will be, the tougher it will be to catch, and the less common it will be.

You will have a large number of islands that you have to work your way through, and to beat an island, you must beat every stage on the island (typically 8 or 9 stages on one island). Once you do, you can move onto the next island, or you can go back to the previous island (or any other island that you have already completed) to work on collecting all of the available stars or Moga.

To collect all available stars, you need to earn a 3-star rating on every stage in the island. The more “Perfect” attacks that you can land, the more stars you get. Generally, a 3-star means that you did all perfect attacks, or one “very good” attack with the rest being “perfect” attacks. Once you earn all of the stars, you’ll battle against a rare, super rare, epic or legendary Moga, and will have the chance to catch it.

There’s an indicator in each island at the bottom of the screen that shows how many stars you have and how many you need. There are also indicators showing how many quests you have completed and how many Mogas you have caught at that island (verses how many total quests and Mogas are there), but you don’t earn any special rewards for completing all quests or catching all Mogas.

Each battle that you do costs you a certain amount of energy (typically between 10 and 25 energy, but sometimes more and sometimes less). That indicator is shown at the top right corner of the screen. Your maximum energy is 100, and when you run out of energy, you can restore it one of two ways: with a blue coffee, or by waiting for it to recharge.
