How do you do the falador massacre glitch

UNFORTUNATELY, you can't recreate it. It was caused when a party in a POH went bad and everyone was kicked. Now nearly 350 people simultaneously flooding into a server isn't good. So all the people in the duel arena had their ability to attack other players continue into the mainland (caused by the lag).
Now most of the in that duel arena people were 100+ combat and very high magic.
