How do you get a 10 combo in soul calibur 4

Only 2 people in the game are capable of doing a 10 hit combo and one of them is Amy. Does that fast smack move with her rapier as does raphel but hers is an 11 hit while raphels is only 9. and as for the other one im not so sure of.
