How do you get to be a mod

NOTE: i don't know how to mod the playstation just xbox 360, theres two ways to mod. 1) you hotswap, then you get a modded disc, next you play the game simple. 2) you get a USB flash drive xbox 360 version, then move your saved game to you USB then unplug to computer, next you download Modio to get mods then edit your game then put back the USB into xbox 360 move the modded game to xbox 360 ( #2 might work with playstaion
