Why was the sonic x English voicecast used in sonic games despite th original voices sounding better

Sometimes with game developers and producers, when it comes to voice overs in anime-related games, they feel that fans would want to hear the same voices as in the anime, regardless of quality.
no it`s because 4 kids is in New York New York and they could only use actors who live in New York and the original actors don`t live in New York.
However, 4Kids has nothing to do with assigning voice actors to video game roles. 4Kids just so happened to receive the contract to produce the anime series in English. SEGA of America, based in San Francisco, CA, chose to replace the voice actors that they chosen themselves with the 4Kids voice actors of the anime for official recognition across all mediums.
