How do you get past the level time to flea on bolt the video game

If you mean when Bolt and Penny are kidnapped by Calico, then you do this:
1.Move the cage that Bolts in to a blue square that will appear next to some crates.
2.When you're finished, if you done it right, you should transfer to Penny.Then,use the green vision thingy,and you'll see a yellow stripe on the top of the crates. Just jump on Bolt's crate and then double jump and press the grabbing button (I don't know which one is it,because my game is not on PC,it's on PS2).
3. When you're up on the crates, go forward and just follow the instructions until you get to the door,and on a wall next to them is something like a switch,press and you'll get into the security system.

That's all I know,because I am stuck on the same level,can't get past the security branch.:(
