What will appear in Left 4 Dead 4

There is no Left 4 Dead 4 right now. There is only Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. Left 4 Dead 3 was abandoned by Valve to do Half-Life 3 or whatever it was. And remember, just because Valve says something doesn't mean it's true.
