When will Cave Story 3D be released

Cave Story 3D will be released for the Nintendo 3DS in the Nintendo 3DS launch window, that being between launch and Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011 (E3), which lasts from June 7th, 2011 to June 9th, 2011.
