What happens to Rosa in Assassins Creed 2

The last time you see Rosa is when she gives you a book from the boat you assassinated Silvio and Dante in for your Birthday. After that Leonardo comes by to discuss your Father's murderer,Rodrigo Borgia.And Rosa leaves you alone to talk to Leonardo.But nobody knows what really happaned to Rosa,maybe she never saw Ezio again.
