Where is galen on harvestmoon ds

In the southeast corner of the valley is Galen and Nina's little house. Since he's retired, Galen spends a lot of time wandering around and looking at the scenery. He looks like he would be a terrible person to deal with but his looks are the only dangerous thing about him. hangs out on the bridge at night.
