Where do you get a Recov200 battle chip in Megaman Battle Network 4 Blue moon

Hey guys, I need some help. I've gotten 149 standard chips and I just need 1 more to fight bass (Ooooh's and Aaaaah's) Anyways, I'd really appriciate it if someone could help me out on this one. I read somewhere that you can find the chip in ACDC area 1 in a GMD but so far I've had absolutely no luck. PLEASE HELP! --thanks
