It was actually a guy whose IGN was Tiger, during that time he got in a argument with his girlfriend on GMS and they broke up and he smeared that she was a b**ch and a wh**e so he was banned and removed off of the rankings. Since he was banned and removed off the rankings Fang blade became #1 and he was about 180 at the time and got to 200. That's why he is #1 on the ranks.
