Advance to level 20, then go to: Shop, Accademy, purchase the alchemist mission (gp). And go to your equip, find it and click register, and then view the mission in your equip. Complete the mission by getting 300 seals and 10 frags from gaikoz castle and click "Mission complete" when finished.
