Where would you find some mugen characters

This is something I would know. Here are some sites and how to use them:
http://www.mugencharacters.org - this site has lots of mugen characters in it . You should see where you need to go once the page has loaded
http://www.freewebs.com/jonvinnymugen/mugenchars.htm- a bunch of mugen characters here that are random. Just click on the links to download them.
http://esnips.com- I had trouble with this site at first. Basically, in the search bar, tyoe in :
(what type of mugen like (megaman or kingdom hearts)) mugen characters. The click on one of the results that best fits what you are looking for. sometimes you will get a page full of downloads or 1 download with al the characters on that.
