Who is Rouge the bat

Rouge is a bat that hunts and steels treasure. People always say she likes knuckles , and she does BUT, she will never tell knuckles that. She may or may not have feelings for shadow the hedgehog... I'm not saying she doesn't but it's possible.
She was created by sega. (a totally rockin team) by the same people that made sonic, Amy, tails, cream, knuckles and so on. She is a very strong-minded young woman, fearless, ambitious, flirty, calculating narcissist who most people see as only caring for herself and her gems. But, she can also but very helpful. She also cares for other like shadow, he's like her bff. She also helps sonic and the gang save the world from Dr. eggbutt I MEAN .... EGGMAN!!!
She like jewels, knuckles, shadow (BFF!!!), precious stone, and winning battles/fights. She dislike anyone taking her jewels, mephiles, omega's constant talk of revenge, and losing battles/fights (who does like losing).
She wears blue eyeshadow and light pink lipstick, she wears knee high white boots with a pinkish-purple heart on the tips. With a black body suit, and a heart shaped (also pinkish-purple color) chest plate. Sort of like a shirt (not really). Knuckles calls her bat girl in most game comics and t.v. shows. She of course is a female, her skin is a tanish color and her fur is white. Her eyes are the color jade green (it's really pretty.) she is sooooo cool. I not very sure where she was born, but her weight is 77 lbs 110cm or 3'7 ft. Her skills are spin attack, spin jump, screw kick, flying, climbing, swimming, digging, drill drive, hip drop, chram wave, thunder shoot, bomb snipe, bat guard, tornado kick, jewel storm, rising knuckle, pluder, distract and shreik

She is also 18 in the more recent games. She switches sides between Eggman and Sonic depending on whichever pays the most. She works for the president. GOGOGOGOGO ROUGE!!!! She is also manipulative and very resourceful. Her human partner is named Topaz. Rouges attacks are mostly kicks. Her breats are big and her but is nice she is really, really hot.
