Where are all the people for the soulboost quest in custom robo arena

Kris is in the training center which is next door to the police station vs her. Then the otheer person is at the diarama store give buy her the diarama she wants and she'll battle u but u have to get over 160 combos. The other guy is at the sea talk to him and he'll run away u'll find him behind the clock tower which is near the robocenter then talk to him and he'll run away u'll find him looking at a water fountain at Forstrer Town talk to him and he'll vs u and beat him. After that go to the guy that wants u to find those people and then hell want to battle u while u battle on the bottom it says touch for soulboost if u want it use it.
