How do you do safety matters quest

Got to backup link download a Pokemon you don't need then download hax edit ( Google it) and go to line 3F0 then edit it to random numbers then upload it back it become bad egg then go to hex edit and chenge line 3F0 lats 2 numbers into 01 if that don't work try 02. If that don't work you can do 03 04 05 06 07 08 09. Then your done!
