However, if you know the releaser or producer or developer of the company's name, and you're sure you have a virus form their program/s, you can sue them and get $. _____ It depends somewhat on where you get it. If you purchase it in the store, it is unlikely. But if you purchase it online... there are some people online offering things for sale that are buggy, and not virus-free. It's just the same as buying something on eBay... you take your chances as to quality and reliability. Plus, the virus might not be from the game, but from the site where you downloaded it. Make sure you have virus checking software installed on your computer, and when purchasing games, try to make sure it is a reputable source.
