How do you unlock all weapons in Assassins Creed 2

More weapons are unlocked as you further yourself in the game.
To get Altair's sword, you have to unlock his armor with all six seals. You find the seals in assassin tombs and then insert them into the slots back at the mansion were Altair's armor is located
