Is there a way to play dot hack fragment

Dot.Hack//Fragment was a Japan-only Online Role Playing Game (ORPG, NOT a MMORPG like announced) that was shut down. If there is a way to play it, it would take someone better than me to find it, and it would most likely be an illegal download and in Japanese. :(
