How do you get lots of rare candies in pokemon heartgold

go to a PC and talk to nurse joy  --------------------------------------------------------------------  You do get them at the beginning of the game when you find little pokeballs but after that i guess you need to hack or have a action replay.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You can find them in little pokeballs (above) but it you have the item finder app you can find them without pokeballs.  Example if you have Pokemon D and P.If you have Pokemon diamond or pearl you can find one next to a guy who is standing right in front of a gate in the desert place north of the restort area (where you can find lots of hipowdon). Just use the itemfinder.
You can also get free rare candys if you have some rare cheat code.
