What does the subject sixteen video mean assassins creed 2

The puzzles leading up to Subject 16's video message all tell us that almost every ruler in history (every famous, wide known ruler) has used "The Apple" to enforce his or her beliefs. All the myths and truths that Mankind has created were all just theological explanations to the pieces of Eden. Here is where things get complicated. All of the theological explanations are now shattered, as we now see two people (addressed Adam and Eve) running up the side and climbing up a super advanced building, with pieces of Eden being forged inside. I don't know what the "Eden forging" portion of the video is, but it's obvious that Adam and Eve are running from someone or something. At the end of the video, the dialogue makes me think that Adam and Eve were the unknown patriarchs, the first in the long bloodline of assassins, on account of there free running skills, there strength, and the speed of there movement. The people who were chasing them (though there image is a mystery) are probably the first of the "Templar Order." What happens to Adam and Eve after that is a mystery, but I have no doubt that
