Who is waluigi and neko

Waluigi is video game charectar from the Mario series, created in 2000 as a rival to Luigi. Neko is fanmade character created by a Fangirl of his back in 2003. Neko was the yin to Waluigis yang. I used to be a good friend of the creator of Neko on deviantart three years ago. But, we haven't really spoken since March of 2008, when destiny broke me away from her. But what I do know is contacting her would be difficult now, as she has closed the original deviantart account, *waluigis-girl.
