Will Fun-4-Kids Interactive be established as a third-party developer for Nintendo
Yes! It's going to be, as of January 1, 2016. According to some of the staff from Nintendo, Fun-4-Kids Interactive will be one of the 11 developers to work on "Super Mario Clubhouse" for Nintendo Wii U as a bundle (which includes three games: ABC's, 123's, and Colors & Shapes), and the others are Intelligent Systems, and all other developers who have worked on Wii Play Motion for the Nintendo Wii - Arzest, Spike Chunsoft, GoodFeel, Mitchell, Prope, Skip, Vanpool, and NDCube. Other games being developed by Fun-4-Kids Interactive will be in progress for Nintendo consoles. The "Super Mario Clubhouse" bundle with three games and a Wii Education keyboard will finally be released for the Wii U in Japan, North America, and the PAL region (Europe and Australia), and will be rated "eC" for early childhood by the ESRB.
