How do you make an enchantment table in mine blocks

What you will need to create an enchantment table is the following;
Four Obsidian blocks (Obtainable when lava meets water and you destroy the obsidian blocks with a diamond pickaxe)
Two Diamonds (Destroy diamond blocks found mining with an Iron pickaxe or better)
One Book (Created with using Three sugar canes in a row to create paper, and then Three paper and 1 leather which you get from a cow

Have the book in the middle, top row
an obsidian block under it with a diamond either side
and the three obsidian blocks all along the bottom row
