Do you need to download Slough Creek to have pups

Yes, you will need to download and install Survival of the Pack (Slough Creek / Episode 2) in order to have puppies. You cannot have pups in version 1.6.x and below.
Note: You cannot have pups in multiplayer, but may still roleplay pups.
