Where do you find the regis in Pokemon Black 2

You cannot obtain Regirock, Regice or Registeel in Pokemon Black 2, the only way to obtain them would be to have them on either Heartgold, Soulsilver, Pearl, Platinum or Diamond, and transfer them into the game
