Does NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS pci-e graphics card -512mb support pixcel shader 3

according to the specifications from nvidia anything above geforce 6 supports shader 3. and as I have a geforce 8400gs and play tropico 3 on it. the game requires shader 3 and up.
