How do you get red gloves in toontown

not many ppl know, but 1 person has it, toon name is freckleslam. if you see him though, RUN! he is either part of order of defunct servers or anti clan. he hacks ppl. i dont know the way to get it though, but keep looking around, you'll find it somewhere.
