How do you upload poses on Mystical realms

Uploading poses on MR (Mystical Realms) is EXACTLY like uploading a pose on Wolfhome, if you don't know how to upload poses on Wolfhome then you go to the body shop, and further up it says 'pose pleader go there and you will get the basic information needed, I am called Nukpana on MR and WH, if you see me you can talk to me :) OK, bye, i hope this helped
