Where are all the extra time balloons on WiiSportResort Power Cruising

I only know where three are... The first one is in the tunnel under the island (Serpent's Mouth?). The second is under the little arch that looks like a pair of pants (Barnacle Arch). And the last one I know is between the big boat (Queen Peach) and the island. Good Luck!!!
