Well i have been wondering how to make an online game

this is the guy who posted the question i want to know how to make a game online for every 1 to play and i want to learn how to do that, and when i say that i mean make a game and let people play on it i want my game to be multiplayer and i want it to be like an adventure game where u can fight battle and play with friends and battle together and i want this game to be turn by turn but what im asking the public is where do i go to learn this stuff where do i go to get the materials i need, and how long would this process take, but no matter how much work i need to do i will put forth full effort and give it 100% so can the public (thats you lol) tell me where to get these materials and info it would be greatly appreciated.
