How can you get super smash nes

in Brawl:
* Play five matches in Brawl, and then beat Ness in a fight.
* Reflect 10 projectiles, and then beat Ness in a fight.
* Get Ness to join your party in The Subspace Emissary (AKA Adventure mode). I have no idea how to unlock him in Meele or ssb.
