How do you get a Sherbat in Viva Pinata

If for Ds here's what you do. Eventually you will progress and find out that there is sour pinatas. You will go through some walk through also. You usually obtain sour pinatas around level 3-4. I'm not sure how to get a normal sherbat. but before you get a sherbat you get a sour shellybean. Its all about progress.
