To get into RockHopper's secret room you need the key pin! Go upstairs in the Coffee shop, the bookroom, open the RockHopper's Journal and go to the very back. Then you will find a key pin. Click on it and it will ask you if you want it or not.
To get the friendship braclet go to the very back of the other rockhopper book. And click on the friendship braclet.
