Who is porky minch

Pokey is Ness's neighbor in the game Earthbound/ Mother 2 who becomes evil after the influance of the alien Gygas. During the final battle Pokey escapes by time travel and end up in the Nowhere Islands, where in the sequal Mother 3, he becomes an evil dictator and "modernize" the village of Tazmilly. He also turns the animals of the islands into evil chimeras.
