How do you get your stolen zwinky user back

u cant.. My grand daughter had her account hacked into and 2500 zwinky bucks taken. We have written to abuse, security, and any other e-mail we have been able to find. She was kicked off due to "breaking the rules" We got one reply back saying she broke the rules and her account terminated so we could not be helped. Whoever stole her money is the one one who broke the rules. Zwinky gladly sold the zwinky cards and took our money. Then conveniently closed the account. BEWARE of the Zwinky cards there is NO WAY to recover your money. NOT SECURE SITE>
