Are video games bad for you
Video games are a good way for kids to spend free time and take their minds off of stuff that might be going on in their lives that could be stressing them out. Video games are a great thing for kids but too much of them can be very bad. The rating of video games some times are too low for some kids and some times perfect for other kids. I suggest you not play stuff like "Call of Duty", "Halo", and "Gears of War" because they really are for adults only and are very addicting. I used to stay up all night and end up going to sleep at 10 in the morning. I played so much "Call of Duty Zombies" one night that the next day I wanted to go to sleep but every time I closed my eyes I saw zombies. I was always thinking of strategies or something to help me in the game. So to conclude this extremely long answer, no video games aren't bad for you if you play the right ones and play them for the right amount of time. On school nights only play for 1-2 hours a day and on the weekend only play for 2-3 hours a day. But I highly suggest you play racing or wrestling games not shooting games because they are the most addictive and they are the worst for you.
